Assessment and Planning
Functional Behavior Assessment and Positive Behavior Supports Plan
I will design and conduct an assessment tailored to the client's specific needs. This can range from a brief practical functional assessment to a full 245D compliant Functional Behavior Assessment and Positive Behavior Support Plan, which averages 20 to 30 pages. Assessments will require interviews and observations of the client in the setting where interfering behaviors occur. These can be conducted in person, remotely through video conference, or by submission of recorded video of the behavior.
Examples:
Single Verbal Consultation with initial verbal recommendations: 1 to 2 hours
Brief Practical Functional Assessment and written recommendations: 4 to 12 hours, depending on the number of behaviors addressed. *Additional meetings may be necessary to follow up and make adjustments.
Full 245(D) compliant Functional Behavior Assessment and Positive Supports plan with write up and required follow up. 30 to 60 hours. *Additional meetings may be necessary to follow up and make adjustments to programming.
